Challenge. A healthcare research and voice AI environment needed secure cloud foundations rather than an ad-hoc prototype stack.
What we did. Architected an AWS-hosted environment integrating secure cloud infrastructure, containerized services, workflow automation, identity controls, monitoring and backups.
Outcome. A research and voice AI environment with retrieval-augmented generation capabilities running on controlled, monitored infrastructure.

What we did. Co-developed the platform, translating business requirements into user access, reporting, credentialing, operational support and scalable product workflows.

Challenge. Enterprise clinical and business applications at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital needed to move to Azure without disrupting care operations.
What we did. Engineered and administered Azure and Linux infrastructure — VNets, VMs, load balancers, Entra ID, RBAC, storage, backup and monitoring — and executed formal change controls and production transitions.
Outcome. 40+ enterprise applications and data workloads migrated with minimal disruption, helping reduce infrastructure cost by 30% while improving scalability, governance, availability and disaster recovery.

Challenge. Gracie Square Hospital ran paper-based clinical workflows and needed a modern EMR plus supporting infrastructure.
What we did. Led infrastructure modernisation and the Cerner EMR deployment, coordinating requirements, testing, acceptance, production transition, clinician access and connectivity with the NewYork-Presbyterian regional network.
Outcome. Clinical workflows moved off paper, with disaster recovery and business continuity strategies in place and IT cost reduced by 25%.

Challenge. A print-on-demand WooCommerce business needed custom product creation, pricing and campaign logic beyond stock commerce features.
What we did. Nishit developed the DTF Express and add-on plugins — custom product creation, custom pages, REST-API-based React front-end and admin screens, custom pricing, discounts, campaign management, order and shipping method editing and API integrations. Sanjay contributed as part of the development team across the same plugin suite and supported QA and release coordination.
Outcome. A production commerce plugin suite with custom pricing, discounting and campaign management in place.

printpunk.comChallenge. A hospitality booking business needed WooCommerce to sync with its property management system and to shorten checkout.
What we did. Nishit developed the WooCommerce Smoobu sync and single-page checkout plugin. Sanjay worked with the development team on SOW drafting and requirement scoping and acted as client point of contact.
Outcome. A synced booking storefront with a single-page checkout flow.

What we did. Nishit built the WordPress site to manage the contest. Sanjay supported SOW drafting, requirement scoping and client communication for the engagement.
Outcome. A live contest-management site delivered against agreed scope and timelines.

entice.org.inChallenge. Apple Watch motion data is noisy, making swing characteristics hard to extract reliably.
What we did. Built a prediction model using Butterworth, VQF and Savitzky-Golay filters together with PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas and visualisation tooling.
Outcome. A working swing prediction model trained on Apple Watch sensor data.

Challenge. Park visitors had no way to build an optimal exploration plan for a visit.
What we did. Developed a custom application using LLaMA 3.1 with a Django backend and React and React Native frontends.
