Strategy · Engineering · Infrastructure · Growth

Three disciplines. One delivery engine.

We connect enterprise strategy, software engineering, secure infrastructure, and commercial execution to move ambitious technology initiatives from idea to impact.

An independent collective of three senior practitioners — infrastructure and AI operations, engineering and product, solutions and growth.

The delivery engine

Three specialisms, short handoffs, one accountable path from discovery to measurable outcome.

How we're built

One team, three practices, a single accountable engagement

You engage the collective, not a roster of freelancers. These are the three practices inside it — deliberately complementary so one team can carry a programme from discovery to growth.

  • Technical presales
  • Requirements & SOW
  • SaaS / HCM / ERP / cloud
  • CXO engagement
  • WordPress delivery
  • QA & account growth

Practice lead: Sanjay Semwal

Engagement model

How to work with the collective

We engage individually or as a group depending on what the work needs. Every engagement is tailored — scope, sequencing and commercial terms are agreed together.

Advisory & Architecture

Short, senior engagements to assess an environment, pressure-test an architecture or frame a technology decision before budget is committed.

Product & Platform Delivery

Hands-on build across WordPress and WooCommerce, REST APIs and React front ends, plus AI/ML prototypes taken through to a working product surface.

Infrastructure Modernization

Cloud migration programmes, identity and access hardening, monitoring, disaster recovery and business continuity for regulated environments.

Commercial & Go-to-Market

Requirements discovery, SOW and solution design, partner and reseller motions, and enterprise account development and retention.

End-to-End Transformation

All three disciplines together, from first discovery conversation through architecture, build, security hardening and commercial growth.

This site presents three independent professionals collaborating under a working name. It does not represent a registered legal entity, and no pricing, office location, availability or contractual terms are stated here — those are discussed directly.

Who you'll work with
